day 6 and day 7 weren't that great. i worked the weekend so i naturally did not eat right. i didn't eat horribly gross because i made sure to make that my only meal. however, today was back to it!

black tea for breakfast (even though it was at 3pm!)
chicken salad sandwich with sunchips for dinner
watermelon
(what i did)
gilad's bodies in motion (biceps, triceps, hips, thighs and abs) for 30 mins. here is a quick peek at what this is. seriously a great workout and i am so glad i get it on fit tv.
also, today was the end of the first week of my plan. and every monday i plan to measure myself in certain areas. well, after a week of "dieting" and even though i cheated through the weekend, i was still able to lose 3 whole inches from my stomach! and i also lost some off my arms, thighs, hips and back. really excited for this coming week!
