should i mention that i ate horribly this weekend?! my progress was at a standstill this past week because my weekend pigout ruined all my good work, but i definitely got back in the game this week. i have worked out 3 days in a row. and i feel great! (and it's only the middle of the week! still got more great workouts to go)
in better news, i actually lost an inch off my hips and have almost lost an entire inch off my arms. :)
