half a cup of oatmeal for breakfast
watermelon
strawberry yogurt with granola 3.5oz
rice with veggies for lunch
orange
chocolate mousse yogurt 4 oz.
cucumbers with carrots in one tablespoon low-fat ranch

(what i did)
gilad's bodies in motion (hips, thighs and abs) for 30 minutes.
boxing for 15 minutes.
took my pup out for a walk (1 mile)
that's all you ate in one day?! that doesn't seem like much!
