day two.

i forgot to post yesterday!


(what i ate)

eggs/beans for breakfast
strawberry whipped lowfat yogurt 4oz
2 cups of tea (btw i looooove bavarian wild berry tea)
banana milkshake
rice with veggies for dinner



(what i did)
gilad's bodies in motion (kickboxing, back, shoulders and abs) for 30 minutes.
took my pup out for a walk (1.5! miles)


i was soo proud of my woodson for walking the whole distance. she was so cute and tired after though, i stopped at a tree thinking maybe she might need to pee/poop but all she did was lay out flat on the grass. it was adorable.
