day three.

(what i ate)
one cup of tea
watermelon
orange slices
rice and veggies for lunch
grapes
cucumbers

(what i did)
i didn't really "exercise" per se but i did spend an hour walking around downtown searching for something special for carly.

i didn't plan on working out today because my legs are actually ridiculously sore. but definitely getting back on track tomorrow!
